High Capacity Rechargeable BatteriesOur extra high capacity batteries hold more energy per charge than ordinary rechargeable batteries. This gives you more run time before you have to recharge, and more hours of use over the life of the battery as well. With a little care, you can recharge your battery over 1000 times. Just think; that is once a day for 3 plus years! We recommend having two sets, one to power your device while the second charges. These batteries will work in the vast majority of battery powered devices, and with 500 to 1000 charges. In addtion, NIMH (Nickel Metal Hydride Batteries) do not have the memory problems normally associated with rechargeable batteries. All of these batteries are 1.2 volts.Notes on Charging: NICAD (Nickel Cadmium) batteries should be fully discharged before recharging to avoid any memory. Battery Memory is when a battery starts to "remember" how far you "empty" it of its charge, and then won't recharge to its original maximum.
